Copy cat Wisconsin Cauliflower Soup

So Just a tip, I would use a food processor to chop everything.
My main mistake was trying to do this later in the night and at the time I was living at my friends house with her new born, who was sleeping. I felt really guilty using the blender so I didn't get the nice consistency I was hoping for. Oh and I had forgotten the Dijon Mustard! Better luck next time for me!
But hey I still turned out tasty!

Lantern Festival 2015 (Weekend Wonders)

In Place of Totes adorbs Tuesday this week & call it Weekend Wonders :) (possibly a new Theme?!),

I'm posting this Video made by my friend Kaitlin Hackbarth (Subscribe to her channel)!

Reason I'm posting this video instead is because both of our outfits were Totes Adorbs & I wanted to promote my friends Amazing video!

Location: Bonneville Sea Base UT

Date: 9/12/15

My Thoughts:

The idea of being a part of something is powerful, overwhelmingly intoxicating in fact.

I was reminded while sitting around a campfire with complete strangers roasting smores, and listening to a local artist. They had provided us with markers so we could write our wishes, hopes, dreams, or draw pictures, etc. on our lanterns. Lighting the lanterns and watching the sky fill up with thousands of lanterns was breath taking. Chills covered my body as we all together sent our dreams into the sky.

We all have hopes & dreams, but as the lanterns filled the sky, there was such a feeling of community and understanding for each other. A feeling of oneness, if you will. The festival as a whole was truly beautiful in every sense of the way.
